Design Process

A signage decal was designed to allow passengers entering to know that public restrooms are not available within the boarding gates. Airport boarding gates throughout the terminals were surveyed to achieve the best average size to be applied across all departure gate windows.

A friendly and approachable look with a recognisable character was adopted.
